As we settle into the new year, we wanted to take a moment to check in, say hello, and share a few updates from the clinic!
Whether you’ve been visiting us regularly or it’s been a while since your last session, now’s the perfect time to prioritise your health and well-being.
At AG Osteopathy in Tunbridge Wells, we’re here to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free in 2025.
What's New at the Clinic?
We’re coming up on a year in our new facility at Thrive Personal Training Tunbridge Wells, and we couldn’t be happier with the community we’ve built. If you haven’t been in recently, you might not have had the chance to meet Marie, who joined the team in September.
She’s already made a fantastic impression on both new and returning patients; our Google reviews say it all!
Angus has been busy behind the scenes, developing the business and exploring ways to bring you the best osteopathy treatments available. He’s even looking into a postgraduate degree in ultrasound and injection therapy to expand our treatment options.
Oh, and it’s a big year for him; he’s turning 30 and getting married!
Meanwhile, Marie is continuing to build her reputation in Tunbridge Wells and attending advanced courses in her home country, Switzerland, to stay at the cutting edge of osteopathy.
Meet the Team: Why We Do What We Do
Marie’s Journey into Osteopathy in Tunbridge Wells
I’ve always wanted a career that made a real difference in people’s lives. Initially, I pursued a medical degree, but I quickly realised I wanted to take a more hands-on approach; one that focused on long-term results with minimal side effects. After discussing my goals with my own osteopath, I was encouraged to study at the renowned European School of Osteopathy in England. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
As a former athlete, I understand the drive to push through discomfort and get back to training as quickly as possible. But I also know that injuries don’t just happen out of nowhere; there are usually warning signs. That’s why I take a holistic approach to treatment, helping my patients not just recover but also prevent future issues. My goal is to identify underlying weaknesses, improve mobility, and reduce pain so you can get back to doing what you love.
Angus’ Approach to Osteopathy in Tunbridge Wells
My journey into osteopathy started back in my A-level years when I took a sports science course. I realised that nearly everyone around me; family, friends, teammates, had turned to an osteopath for aches and pains at some point. It seemed like the perfect way to combine my passion for fitness with my desire to help people feel their best.
My approach is simple: I want to get you better as quickly as possible and then empower you to play an active role in your recovery. Movement is key, and whether it’s through rehab exercises, strength training, or just staying active, I’m here to make sure your progress lasts.
